JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition Title:˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙PROCESS CONTROL ENGINEERAffiliate / Company: ˙˙˙˙˙˙Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Co.˙(SAUDI KAYAN)JOB PURPOSE:To Support operating plants with Advanced Process Control for improved monitoring, control, unit performance assurance and optimization.JOB KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Analyze process control performance to identify advanced process control (APC) opportunities.
  • Support PMT in improving process control performance. Propose and lead changes to existing control schemes if necessary.
  • Use sophisticated computer technology and advance analytical skills to make these integrated processes more effective and efficient.
  • Support to optimize processes for increased profitability without compromising product specifications and mandatory guidelines.
  • Lead Trouble shooting and regular upkeep of APCs & Controllers Performance Monitoring System.
  • Perform benefit analysis of all APC system
MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERINCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Education qualifications: Bachelor?s degree in chemical engineering or equivalent.
  • Years of experience:˙5 Years? experience in process engineering/Process Control in petrochemical plants.
