Pre-Sales Engineer – ICT SolutionsLocation: Saudi ArabiaEmployment Type: Full-TimeIqama: TransferableWe are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer – ICT Solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise, preparing solution designs, and supporting sales teams in presenting ICT solutions to clients.Key Responsibilities:• Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose tailored ICT infrastructure solutions.• Design and present solutions for networking, servers, storage, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.• Prepare technical documentation, solution diagrams, and bill of materials (BOM).• Provide product demonstrations and proof of concept (POC) to clients.• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to get the best pricing and solutions.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ICT pre-sales.• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, virtualization, cybersecurity, and cloud platforms.• Experience with Cisco, HP, Dell, Microsoft, Fortinet, or equivalent ICT brands.• Excellent presentation and communication skills.• Ability to prepare technical proposals and documentation.• Must be available in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama.
