We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.Key Responsibilities:• Install and repair pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems.• Perform routine inspections and identify plumbing issues.• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.• Unclog drains and toilets; fix leaks and pipe damage.• Ensure plumbing systems comply with safety and building regulations.• Provide maintenance services and respond to emergency plumbing requests.• Estimate job costs and communicate with clients as needed.• Maintain tools and equipment properly.Requirements:• Proven experience as a plumber technician.• Good knowledge of plumbing systems and tools.• Ability to read technical plans.• Strong problem-solving skills.• Physical fitness and ability to work in various environments.• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
