Job Description

  • Religiously wear correct PPE?S during working hours (Coverall non-woven, Hairnet, surgical gloves)
  • Maintain good housekeeping at area of responsibilities.
  • Ensure to use correct PVB inside assembly.
  • Record and fill the form for PVB production and issuance of PVB monitoring
  • Inform Process Controller any abnormalities in regards to operation and control of machine
  • Inform Process Controller for PVB replacement and properly place excess of PVB.
  • Confirm what PVB to be use and quality of production to be run (star, superstar, color of PVB, No. of PVB, and sizes)
  • Familiarize glass and PVB sizes
  • Communicate necessary things for handover in next shift vise versa.
  • Perform other task directed by immediate superior or management.
  • Responsible to Implement Lean Initiatives, TQM, 5S and other developmental activities in stacker
