Job Description

Planning Manager | AFET | KSAOverview of the role:To initiate the project work by controlling and monitoring activities according to the project plan generated, and closing the project after completion as per contractual requirements.What you will do:

  • Coordinate with consultants for the submission and approvals of shop drawings and material submittals along with the design team
  • Assess the procurement of material and progress of work in line with master plan
  • Understanding of all project disciplines & Civil Activities while ensuring that total project schedule needs and integration of schedule activities
  • Preparing project schedule, manpower and quantity reports
  • Ensuring the preparation and presentation of the Critical Items Action Report
  • Monitoring critical activities based on the project schedule and advice project management
  • Preparing project schedule analysis and studies of problem areas
  • Preparing and submitting updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress
  • Identifying areas of weakness and establishing means and methods for recovery
  • Monitoring day to day work progress and preparing the weekly and monthly program and report
  • Shall be accountable for determining, Implementing and continuous monitoring of QHSE and asset management system aspects in his activities and areas of work.
  • Proactive approach for implementing QHSE and asset management procedure & guidelines.
  • Report All QHSE & asset management incidents immediately and take necessary precautions to avoid reoccurrence.
  • Report to the higher management on the performance of the management systems and include recommendations for improvement.
