Job Description

Role Accountabilities:

  • Developing & obtain approval for Contract Baseline Program.
  • Preparing Engineering Registers in line with the Baseline Program Requirements.
  • Monitoring progress of submissions & highlighting variance(if any) to the project team.
  • Providing a look-ahead to the Engineering team.
  • Ensure selected vendors are in compliance with the project delivery requirements.
  • Identify Specialist Subcontractor requirements, and monitor and ensure selection in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with specialist suppliers for delivery requirements.
  • Prepare progress reports in accordance with the project requirements.
  • Providing a look-ahead to the project team.
  • Organise Weekly Meetings with the Project Team & Specialist Subcontractors.
  • Attend progress meetings with the Client/ Main Contractor.
