Job Description

• Role & Responsibility:o 5 to 10 years of professional experience in the oil and gas sector, particularly within EPC projects.o Strong track record of project planning, scheduling, and project controls in large-scale oil & gas construction projects, such as refineries, petrochemical plants, oil fields, or pipeline construction.o Experience in leading project planning activities across all project phases: design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.o Ability to prepare, monitor, and adjust detailed project schedules.o Experience with multi-disciplinary teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, quality assurance, and commissioning departments.o Solid experience in contract management, vendor management, and coordination with subcontractors.Technical Skills and Knowledgeo Proficiency in project planning software, especially: Primavera P6 (advanced skills required). Microsoft Project.o Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the following: Critical Path Method (CPM). Resource leveling and cost loading techniques. Earned Value Management (EVM) to track project performance. Schedule risk analysis tools (e.g., Monte Carlo simulations, PERT).o Ability to prepare project progress reports, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and variance analysis reports.o Expertise in cost estimation, budget control, and resource management.o Knowledge of procurement scheduling, managing material delivery timelines, and aligning schedules with procurement activities.o Understanding of change management processes and their impact on project timelines.Technical Skills and Knowledge• Essential Criteria:o Proficiency in project planning software, especially: Primavera P6 (advanced skills required). Microsoft Project.o Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the following: Critical Path Method (CPM). Resource leveling and cost loading techniques. Earned Value Management (EVM) to track project performance. Schedule risk analysis tools (e.g., Monte Carlo simulations, PERT).o Ability to prepare project progress reports, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and variance analysis reports.o Expertise in cost estimation, budget control, and resource management.o Knowledge of procurement scheduling, managing material delivery timelines, and aligning schedules with procurement activities.o Understanding of change management processes and their impact on project timelines.
