Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.Additional certifications in Project Planning / Primavera P6 / MS Project are preferred.Key Responsibilities:Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.Prepare project plans, resource allocation charts, and progress reports.Track project milestones, critical paths, and ensure timely execution.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve scheduling conflicts.Conduct risk analysis and provide mitigation strategies for project delays.Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, changes, and updates.Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and client requirements.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical plants.Experience with Aramco and SABIC projects is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and reporting.Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
