Requirements:• Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years in a similar role within the interior fit-out industry in Saudi Arabia.• Education: Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or Engineering.Attention to details & in depth knowledge of construction process & methodology• Experience in reducing cost while improving productivity and supply chain management, knowledgeable of accounting practices as they relate to strategic sourcing and procurement• Extensive knowledge of materials and technical specifications related to interior design.• Experience in projects related to Food & Beverages (F&B) such as Restaurants, Cafe and Retail Shops an advantage.• Skills: Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience, proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, and V-Ray software.• Availability: Must be available for local transfer within Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and ready to join immediately
