Study project documents and understand scope of work to prepare WBS and milestones
Prepare the project schedule with the team which includes preparing Activity list, duration estimation and sequencing activities
Estimate the Resources required for project schedule and load it to prepare Resources histograms
Loading the project budget and materials from project BOQs and prepare cash flow.
Follow up design/shop drawings and material submittal schedules and include them in the baseline.
Prepare Internal procurement schedulewith technical, procurement and contracts departments.
Monitor and update the performance of the project schedule, shop drawing and material submittal.
Prepare all required reports (Daily -weekly ? monthly ? Head office executive report and dash board).
Provide site and departments with the look ahead schedules for their activities.
Make sure to align suppliers/sub-contractors schedules with the approved baseline.
Attend meetings in HO/site with the team consultant and/or client.
Prepare EOT claims, Recovery plans, revised basslines and other project planning requirements.
