We are looking for a detail-oriented Planning and Cost Control Specialist with experience in construction projects to oversee project schedules, budgets, and financial performance. The role involves remote collaboration with project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditures, ensuring alignment with financial goals.Prepare detailed cost reports, dashboards, and forecasts using Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros).Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions.Support risk management and mitigation planning.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to track progress.Utilize Power BI/SAP (preferred) for data visualization and financial tracking.Requirements:2+ years of experience in planning and cost control, preferably in construction.Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project.Familiarity with Power BI, SAP, or ERP systems (a strong plus).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).Preferred Qualifications:Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Finance.Experience with BOQ (Bill of Quantities), tendering, or contract management.Benefits:Flexible remote work arrangement.Opportunity to work on large-scale construction projects.Performance-based incentives (if applicable).
