We are seeking a qualified and experienced Pipe Fabricator with a strong background in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industries. The Pipe Fabricator will be responsible for accurately cutting, fitting, and assembling piping systems using various types of pipe materials in accordance with project specifications, international standards, and safety protocols.Key Responsibilities:1. Interpret and work from isometric drawings, P&IDs, and fabrication sketches.2. Accurately measure, cut, and prepare pipes for fabrication and welding based on specified tolerances.3. Perform pipe fitting and layout of spools, including marking, beveling, and tack welding.4. Fabricate and install piping systems using carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy materials.5. Prepare pipe joints and assemblies in accordance with ASME B31.3 / B31.1 or API 1104 standards.6. Use pipe bending, threading, and grooving machines where required.7. Assist welders in fit-up and alignment of pipe joints for welding and NDT.8. Inspect fit-ups for alignment, root gaps, and dimensional accuracy prior to welding.9. Follow quality assurance procedures and participate in hydrostatic testing as needed.10. Maintain proper documentation of fabrication work, material traceability, and spool status.11. Adhere to all HSE regulations, and ensure the use of appropriate PPE and tools at all times.Qualifications and Experience:1. Minimum 5 years of pipe fabrication experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Refinery sectors.2. Strong knowledge of fabrication codes and standards:3. ASME B31.3 / B31.1, API 1104, ISO 90014. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, isometrics, and spool sheets.5. Proficient in using fabrication tools: grinders, beveling machines, pipe cutters, hydraulic jacks, etc.6. Experience working with spool fabrication, pre-fabrication, and modular skid assembly.7. Familiar with dimensional tolerances and pipe supports, flanges, valves, and fittings.Required Certifications:1. Pipe Fitter / Fabricator Certification from a recognized technical institute or trade school.2. Valid Confined Space Entry, Hot Work Permit, and H2S Awareness (for site work).3. Basic Rigging and Lifting Awareness certificate.4. BOSIET / HUET (if offshore work is required).5. Knowledge of or training in QA/QC processes and material traceability is a plus.
