The Role holder is responsible for identifying, building and implementing people development activities in line with defined People strategies ,guidelines and framework to ensure successful delivery and implementation of the developed plans and programs and therefore contributes to the Function?s/Sector?s success. The role holder shall carry out job duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.- -Collaborates with Career Development and Learning & Development to identify function/Sector programs requirements and enrolment criteria, which includes required employee skills and performance level along with success criteria identification to ensure successful delivery of programs.- Facilitates the implementation of Function/Sector staff Individual Development Plans in collaboration with Learning & Development.- Participates in the Development of vertical, horizontal and cross functional career path for Function/Sector STC positions using defined principles and guidelines by Center of Excellence ,with ensuring coordination with People Development Business Partners ?s for cross functional career progression.- Identifies in coordination with Career Development the Function/Sector talent pool/ pipeline, and manage the execution of L3 and below positions appointments, promotions, assignments & rotation in coordination with Peoples Services in order to ensure L3 and below appointments are reflected in ERP system.- Administrates L3 and below Sector Succession Planning activities and ensure effective collaboration with Succession Management & Appointments. - Facilitate the identification of training opportunities for COOP students and collaborate with Learning & Development for effective planning and implementation.- Performs other responsibilities and tasks related to the job as directed by line manager.
