- The Consultant on duty has to respond to calls from Senior Registrars, Registrars, and or Residents on- The Consultant on duty has to respond to Consultations from other Departments. - The Consultant on duty has to admit patients from the OPD or ER under his name, and further Follow-up of these patients will be his own responsibility.- The Consultant has to provide patients and their parents with the necessary information regarding the nature of illness, dietary regulations, and any relevant data or instructions.- Education & Licensure:- Saudi Board, Arab Board or equivalent degree recognized by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).- Maintains a valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties license as Consultant.- BLS & PALS is a must.- Professional Experience:- Minimum of three (3) years? experience practicing as Consultant for a new contract as Consultant.- Minimum of five (5) years? experience working as Senior Registrar for any promotion to Consultant post.
