We are seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Patient Relation Officer to serve as a key point of contact between patients, families, and the medical facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth, respectful, and empathetic experience for patients throughout their journey — from admission to discharge — while also supporting hospital staff in delivering high-quality care and service.Key Responsibilities:Welcome and assist patients and visitors at the front desk or designated areasRespond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries, requests, or concernsCoordinate with medical, nursing, and administrative staff to resolve issuesHandle patient feedback, complaints, and service recovery diplomaticallyEnsure smooth patient admission, discharge, and transfer processesGuide patients regarding hospital procedures, appointments, and servicesMaintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and escalationsSupport language or cultural needs if applicable (especially in multicultural environments)Promote a positive patient experience in line with hospital service standardsParticipate in service quality improvement initiatives and auditsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Social Work, Business Administration, or related field1–3 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare customer service roleExcellent communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skillsKnowledge of hospital information systems (HIS) and patient flow proceduresAbility to remain calm and empathetic in high-pressure environments
