The role holder is responsible Leading and managing end-to-end non-equity based strategic partnerships and alliances process including evaluation, screening, selection, execution and management of partners, and Identifying strategic partnership opportunities with global best-practice partners.The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.Leads and manages end-to-end non-equity based strategic partnerships and alliances process including evaluation, screening, selection, execution and management of partnersReviews and monitor the performance of existing strategic partnerships and alliances and re-alignIdentifies strategic partnership opportunities with global best-practice partnersCoordinates with Synergies, BUs and FUs to leverage Group scaleSupports KSA Sectors and OpCos in the assessment and execution of operational partnerships, if neededWorks with the internal and external stakeholders to effectively activate agreed partnership plansCreates a comprehensive operation plan for activities with clear and achievable participation targetsImprove the acceptance, utilization and management of needed budgets to achieve partnership objectives.Provides support to Relations and Partnership Management on partnerships needsMonitors agreement made with external parties in terms of execution and reporting.Maintains project data including participant numbers and details, feedback, comments and document activities via photographs and video recordingsEnsures the delivery of a positive image both internally and externally by displaying high standards of professionalism, politeness, conduct and serviceCreates a comprehensive operation plan for activities with clear and achievable participation targets related to partnership activities.Facilitates the acceptance, utilization and management of needed budgets to achieve partnership objectives.
