  • Support Country Manager in all legal, compliance and transactional support to the Business.
  • Draft and translate correspondence, legal contracts, letters of business agreement and other documents.
  • Review and negotiate various commercial contracts and provide a risk assessment on contract triggers.
  • Provide interpreter services at meetings, negotiations and other legal proceedings.
  • Capture factual data and information, analyze key issues and research information for legal matters.
  • Support Country Manager in coordinating with all functions in identifying, developing, and implementing improvements in response to legal requirements, legislation changes and company policy requirements.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports, legal advice, case files.
  • Organizing and leading all aspects of legal files and materials so that they are easily accessed and retrieved without compromising their confidentiality or privacy of the information.
  • Perform broad range of tasks and activities associated with Legal Research & Document Drafting, Contract Negotiation & Administration and Legal Records Management.
  • Provide assistance and training/legal advice to employees.
  • Coordinate between DHL and external Lawyers/Law Firms.
  • Provide advice on corporate matters, court litigations and arbitration actions, including cases of threatened legal action or proposal to take legal action, involving the Company legal entities in Saudi Arabia.

YOUR PROFILE:Skills and Experience
  • Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness and empathy.
  • Analyzes and resolves complex cross-functional issues.
  • Well-developed relationship skills and ability to network with multiple levels of an organization and other business units.
  • Bachelor Degree in Law or equivalent.
  • 2 - 5 years of post-qualified Experience.
  • Excellent English and Arabic drafting and communication skills.
Having below is a plus:
  • Experience of working in a multi-national or regional company legal department.
  • Experience in the Logistics.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent academic record and working references / credentials.
