Key Responsibilities: Supervise painting works and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.Coordinate with project management regarding work schedules and resource requirements.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.Inspect work quality and ensure proper surface preparation and application.Manage and train painting staff, providing technical guidance.Prepare daily progress reports and documentation.Qualifications: Proven experience as a Painting Supervisor, preferably in industrial or construction projects.Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and safety procedures.Aramco and non-Aramco approval experience is preferred.Strong leadership and communication skills.Relevant technical diploma or certification.
