Job Description

The Overseas Recruitment Manager is responsible for managing the recruitment process for candidates located outside the country in which the company is based. This involves collaborating with various stakeholders to source and select top talent, manage the visa and immigration process, and provide support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent located outside the country
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify the needs of the organization and the requirements for the positions to be filled
  • Develop relationships with recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and other external partners to source top talent
  • Manage the visa and immigration process for selected candidates
  • Provide support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including pre-employment checks, interviews, and offer letters
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in the country where the candidates are located
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including arranging travel and accommodation, providing orientation, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
