The role holder is responsible for managing the Planning & Governance activities in regards to the contractors processes in coordination with CQM and stakeholders from relevant Sectors and develop outsourcing reports and SLAs to maintain PO information. The role holder shall carry out job duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.- Consolidates financial report, forecasting and identifying outsourcing (contractors, MSP) need, control outsource manpower budget.- Verifies payment requests, and follow-up on payment close-out with P&SS and Finance. - Maintains PO information, the outsourced employees data, and positions accurately in the ERP.- Collaborates with HR System Support in the identification of system requirement and drive the automation of contractors services and resolve any technical issues. - Collaborates with HR System Support in planning, testing and implementation of new solutions.- Designs the framework, policies, etc.. and governs the overall contractors processes and ensure its alignment with regulators and stc strategy, handle the full financial cycle including demand, assessment, budget planning, and payments.- Administrates outsource contracts and agreements when it comes to the proper implementation, reflect required changes, apply conversion policy.- Performs other responsibilities and tasks related to the job as directed by line manager.
