The outdoor education manager will be expected to travel and run trips in Oman and UAE over the same season.Ideal candidate profile- Qualifications in outdoor activities, RCI(SPA)assessed essential. ML, BCU, DoE assessor will help.- Experience and a creative mindset on how to design and improve existing activities and the educationalprograms.- Experience working in outdoor education and running group sessions for single pitch Abseiling, climbing, Navigation, raft building and other team building activities.- Comfortable in a sales role, cold calling is key and KPI targets will be given- Willing to attend trips across the Gulf and camp outdoors with the students.
