SummaryPlans, organizes, schedules and conducts orientation programs for expatriate and local hires. Develops resources programs to provide a general idea about Saudi Culture and regulations. Maintains records concerning programs presented, evaluates their effect on the new hires and recommends changes.Essential Responsibilities and Duties1. Maintains accurate records of arrival dates for new employees.2. Schedules space and arranges for details of all general orientation programs.3. Works with appropriate departments to effect convenient arrival and processing of papers and personal effects.4. Updates Orientation Reference Manuals on a regular basis, and organizes system from update distribution.5. Reserves/books the PGC classroom #4 for the whole year (following the nursing orientation schedule).6. Sends memos to concerned departments and e-mails to all departments and members.7. Devises new procedures to meet changing circumstances and needs.8. Prepares next years orientation schedule.9. Schedules meeting with the Task Force Orientation and Education Committee.10. Provides Hospital tour and shopping trip for new International employees.EducationBachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or other related discipline is required.Experience RequiredGrade 08:One (1) year of relatedexperience with Bachelors Degree is required.Grade 09:Three (3) years of related experience withBachelors is required, including two (2) years of (Grade 08) experience isrequired.Other Requirements(Certificates)Saudi Nationals Only.
