DescriptionTo facilitate the design and implementation of strategic Organizational Development initiatives and Rewards frameworks and practices in order to attract, motivate and retain best-in-class talent at Dallah Health and optimize employee growth, engagement, and performance within the limits of pre-set guidelines and standards.Roles and ResponsibilitiesOrganizational accountabilitiesFollow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions and ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.Promote the implementation and adherence to relevant policies, processes, and operating procedures to others.Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices, taking into account leading practices, improvement of department processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.Apply safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality service, and a responsible environmental attitude.Build high levels of trust and understanding with key internal and external stakeholders to promote full compliance with industry regulations and promote a broader understanding of Dallah Health?s interests and practices.Functional AccountabilitiesFacilitate the development and implementation of comprehensive Organizational Development and Rewards strategies that align with Dallah Healths values, vision, and business objectives.Collaborate with the HR Services team to ensure the seamless integration of Organizational Development and Rewards strategies across the organization.Participate in organization design efforts, collaborating with business units to create agile structures that optimize workflow, efficiency, and collaboration.Support the design and implementation of workforce planning strategies to ensure Dallah Health is equipped with the right talent, skills, and capabilities to meet future business needs.Create and maintain the organization structure for Dallah Health across various levels (i.e., Head Office, Shared Services Center, and Facilities), and ensure that it reflects roles, teams, and positions accurately.Define and document detailed role charters for each department within Dallah Health, outlining the core activities, responsibilities, deliverables, and objectives of each department.Perform comprehensive job analysis for each role, understanding key accountabilities, duties, and qualifications; Update job descriptions to accurately reflect the role details including reporting lines, role requirements, and responsibilities.Facilitate the job evaluation exercise to assess the significance and value of roles across Dallah Health and thereby assist in developing a coherent grading structure that accurately defines the hierarchy and levels of positions within the organization.Contribute to the design and administration of comprehensive rewards and incentives programs, encompassing compensation, benefits, recognition, and performance-based bonuses.Analyze different components of the rewards structure, identify gaps in internal equity and external competitiveness, and devise necessary measures to reduce the gaps.Collaborate with external consulting organizations to conduct rewards benchmarking analysis, and leverage market data to ensure the competitiveness of Dallah Healths rewards offering.Support the administration and roll-out of the annual compensation review process at Dallah HealthEnsure adherence of all rewards practices, frameworks, and policies to compliance with insurance, tax, and other regulations and filing.Facilitate the development and implementation of recognition programs to motivate and retain employees at Dallah Health.Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining the performance management framework and related processes, fostering accountability, alignment, and goal achievement, while ensuring the performance appraisal system is fair, transparent, and objective.Lead the process and content audit of the performance management process to ensure the effective implementation of the performance management policy.Assist in the creation of an integrated career management model by developing and consolidating position career maps, encompassing diverse career pathways such as vertical, horizontal, and diagonal, while also crafting organizational career advancement opportunities.Foster a culture of employee engagement by driving initiatives that enhance workplace satisfaction and foster a sense of belonging.Support the creation of employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and offer recommendations for continuous improvement.Facilitate change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational shifts.Communicate changes in Organizational Development and Reward initiatives to employees and requisite stakeholders.Develop clear communication materials, guidelines, and resources for program implementation.RequirementsKnowledge and Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in Human Resources/ Human Resources Consulting, preferably in the areas of Organizational Development/ Rewards/ Talent ManagementEducation and Certifications:Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources/ Organizational Psychology or equivalent is requiredMaster?s degree in Human Resources/ Organizational Psychology or equivalent is preferredYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position.
