Our leading technologies and our ability to apply them safety and effectively create value for our customers and shareholders.Partner with the bestAs an Order Management Specialist, you will deliver flawless execution through involvement in pre-planning, job execution, and post-job analysis. This position works seamlessly together with the warehouse production and planning team and other resources across organizational boundaries. As an Order Management Specialist, you will be responsible for: Working with the sales and operations team to convert the demand plans into physical orders. Understands business trends, opportunities and how they impact the demand forecast. Analyzing incoming demand: identifies order exceptions, misalignment with product rationalization strategy and opportunities to utilize existing inventory Scheduling order timelines to be consistent with customer requirements while minimizing inventory and shipping costs Working with the Product Line/Sales/Service Delivery to prioritize deliver dates as needed (push outs, pull ins) Performing various material management analysis such as statistical material consumption and forecasts, aged inventory, aged purchase orders, in-transit material analysis, safety stock, etc. Assisting in executing continuous improvement projects to maximize value.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will: Have associates Degree in Supply Chain or related field Have 2 yrs of working experience in manufacturing planning or order Management Have experience dealing with internal costumers - globally and locally Basic understanding of SAP and MRP functionality Have excellent leadership, interpersonal, influencing and planning skills.
