Job Description

  • Oracle EBS Financial module (AP,AR, GL, Inventory)
  • RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms and Workflows)
  • SQL, PL/SQL and SQL*Loader
  • BI Publisher and OA Framework is an added advantage
  • Subledger Accounting (SLA) specially as related to Ledgers
  • Accrual Accounting
  • Oracle support to resolve oracle application bugs.
  • Full life cycle implementation experience for Oracle EBS Financial module (AP,AR, GL, Inventory)
  • Strong working knowledge on RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms and Workflows)
  • Must have worked on at least 2 conversion projects.
  • 2+ years experience with SQL, PL/SQL and SQL*Loader
  • experience with BI Publisher and OA Framework is an added advantage
  • Exposure to EBS version 12.2.4+ is a plus
  • Experience with Subledger Accounting (SLA) specially as related to Ledgers
  • Experience with Accrual Accounting
  • Experience with Oracle G/L interface creation and maintenance is strongly desired
  • Experience with Web ADI
  • Oracle certification(s) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Should have both Functional and technical knowledge.
  • Experience working with oracle support to resolve oracle application bugs.
  • Experience with Oracle G/L period, quarter, year-end reconciliation and closing process.
  • Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Current knowledge of trends in IT and experience in the development of new technologies
  • Experience with application systems development life cycle methodology.
  • Experience with testing concepts and techniques promoting applications to production
  • More than 2 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 Finance
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux environments.
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Anydesk).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
