•Monitor and ensure safe, smooth, and efficient performance of his unit to achieve key performance indicators and objectives as per procedures & Instructions.•Responsible for safety of his unit during shift.•Monitor any deviations in normal plant/equipment running and trouble shoot plant’s operation to take corrective actions and optimize plant performance as per guidelines.•Check the operational Parameters and analyze it to implement changes as required.•Report any abnormal to his supervisor and any corrective action to be carried out during shift.•Update & follow up all maintenance and other jobs with all other service department.•Follow all work Permits requirements & follow up Maintenance Related activities.•Handle, control and monitor the start-up, shutdown & plant upsets /emergency safely and efficiently.•Save maker in his unit & follow all safety requirements.•Participate in the free flow of information needed to facilitate training, Effective way of operational and continuous improvement activities.•The Employee shall carry out his duties safely and to the highest quality standards to comply with Company’s Loss control policies, procedures, and regulations in general as well as department’s SOP and Work Instructions.•Follow all company policy.•Participate in All Survey & follow All department’s needs & requirements.
