Position is based in Saudi Arabia....Responsible for setting and safe machine operation of CNC Gleason Profile Grinding

Set machine according to Process Plans, Fixtures and Tooling List
Ensure correct offsets and work coordinate systems are used
Set Chuck and Jaws, Table and accessories to ensure security and accuracy of parts
Build tooling systematically ensuring correct parts and inserts are used.
Monitor cutting of machine to ensure quality of parts
Carry out routine pre-defined preventative maintenance tasks on the machine such as lubricants, coolant.
Reporting on success and areas that need improvement
Notify management of any repair or maintenance issues
