Job Description

  • Assist operations manager to maintain highest work.
  • Put an operational plans to the supervisors and team/group leaders.
  • Provide feedback to the manager and suggest process / performance improvements.
  • Assist manager in developing standard operating procedures and educating team on correct procedures to be followed.
  • Act as the coordinator between different shifts / work groups and ensure that all are on the same understanding and moving at the right direction.
  • Preparing and presenting performance / activity monitoring reports to the manager.
  • Act as the first line of contact for workers concerns / grievances, and solve it at immediate supervisor level.
