Our experienced team prioritizes proactive maintenance and quick response to ensure your elevators run smoothly and efficiently, minimizing downtime.ELEVATOR EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE IS A MUSTJob Responsibilities for the Project Manager:- Supervise and manage all site-based operatives, overseeing all aspects of their work and managing the subordinates.- To monitor site activities such as checking, inspection, measurement, and supervision of works to comply with specifications, drawings, and programs to achieve target progress and quality.- Responsible for the procurement of materials, plant and machinery are managed and planned for timely commencement and completion of work in accordance with code of practice.- Maintain the schedule and track progress, keeping records on file and copying weekly records to the Head Office- Responsible for overall construction site planning, construction operations and activities, management, all relevant reports, oversee budget control and project revenue.- Ensure work complies with site HSE requirements.- To perform any other duties as required by the Top Management from time to time.Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:Dammam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
