Main Role & Responsibilities:?Plans and manages yard activities in maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the terminal yard, considering commercial and operational factors in ensuring compliance with safety standards and company procedures.?Organize and control adherence on organization?s safety standards and administered to all staff members.?Oversee the overall planning and control on all aspects of the operations in close coordination with the Operations Director.?Assisting HRA Dept. in Human Resource Management.?Oversee overall trainings of all employees of project site.?Yearly evaluation of all employees within project site.
