Responsible for overseeing the people, processes, and operations to drive brand excellence in day-to-day operations of all assigned functions such as the Central Kitchen, Logistics, Purchasing, Application Management etc.
Duties and Responsibilities
Demonstrate a growth mindset that can seize every new opportunity to get the job done more effectively and efficiently.
Consistently maintains the highest quality of product and service standards.
Define new processes to drive step change reductions in both fixed and variable costs of central kitchen and delivery operations.
Pilot proposed changes in the real environment and have the ability to work in a start-up type environment, dealing with ambiguity on a regular basis.
Partner with departments to analyze existing processes and identify opportunities to improve and optimize current operations with regards to Marketing, Purchasing, IT etc.
Lead process-improvement efforts and manage the implementation of both business processes and technical solutions.
Build, supervise, lead, and develop a diverse team of managers and delivery operations.
Develop an action plan to address Logistics and Central Kitchen to meet brand standards.
