The team is responsible to handle the daily managed services operations of many customers worldwide. As part of this team, the candidate will be directly interfacing with the customer operations as well as commercial teams. What you will learn and contribute toAre you passionate about solving problems?As part of our team, you will:

  • Handle management responsibilities of a large team working on customer network and executing daily operational tasks
  • Be the lead operational SPOC during all the time including network high and low traffic seasons
  • Be responsible to successfully position the team for contract renewal and negotiations
  • Be required to take the operational model to the next level on digitization and automation measures
Be required to maintain the financial targets of the assigned deliveriesYour skills and experience You have :
  • Strong Technical Background in Telecom andor IT operations
  • Experience in Telecom Managed Service and outsourcing
  • Worked for a major Telecom Provider as an Operations Manager or as a Managed Services Head serving a major Telecom Provider
It would be nice if you also had:
  • Excellent technical experience in cloud and 5G
