As an Operations Analyst, you will work collaboratively with these departments to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and contribute to the success of our entire organization.Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with the PX, Admin, IT, and Legal units to identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement. Analyze and evaluate operational processes to identify areas for improvement. Collect and analyze data to measure operational performance and efficiency. Collaborate with various departments to gather insights and identify opportunities for process optimization. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Create reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and present findings to the management team. Assist in project management and workflow optimization to ensure smooth operations. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of operational changes and provide recommendations for further improvements. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in operations and data analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and drive solutions.RequirementsEducation and Experience Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Proven experience in operations, process improvement, or business analysis.Preferred Personal Qualities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Detail-oriented with a focus on process optimization. Proficiency in English and Arabic, with clear verbal and written communication.Skills Required: Knowledge of business operations and process improvement methodologies. Proven experience in data analysis, process mapping, and project management. Ability to identify and implement operational efficiencies. Familiarity with process optimization tools and techniques.
