Operation ManagerPosition : 1Qualification : Bachelor degree in related field.Experience : 5+ years of related KSA experienceNationality : AnyJob Location: JeddahGeneral Responsibilities * Managing receiving, warehousing, picking and dispatch operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational procedures.* Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures, along with the safety officer.* Controls inventory levels by conducting physical and cycle counts; reconciling with data storage system.* Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new storage layouts, inspecting equipment and requesting repairs.* Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees;* Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.* Maintains Storage goods quality and cooling system best condition.* Control operational cost and planning for annual Budget* Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed* Ensures the internal and external client requirements are met in keeping with service level agreement obligations.* Ensures effective resource utilization.* Provides adequate Root Cause Analysis for warehouse incidents/accidents eliminated causes.* Reviews Operations Reports and KPI?s.* Coordinates with various departments within the organization to fulfill the requirements* Any other related duties / projects assigned by the direct supervisor from time to time.
