Our team partners with the business to proactively provide support throughout the on-boarding process, striving to continuously improve our performance.Partner with the bestAs an Onboarding Specialist, you will provide ongoing support for employees at onboarding, requiring advice, coaching, and support on HR fundamentals. You will build great working relationships between all stakeholders, ensuring they are continually appraised and updated on the relevant activities.As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for:· Administering day-to-day on-boarding transactions including background screening, Pre-Hire Medical Check-up, Immigration and relocation support· Ensuring all new hire compliance requirements, onboarding paperwork is complete and properly document evidence of compliance requirements met for future audits.· Acting as a resource in responding to queries from new employee, hiring managers, and other stakeholders throughout the onboarding process.· Coordinating, communicating and following-up with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth processes throughout onboarding of the employee.· Creating, updating, maintaining appropriate documentation, standard operating procedures, benefits at a glance and work instructions· Following the approval process and coordinate with appropriate legal or compliance personnel on employment contracts, employment law and legislation as appropriate.· Training team members on policy changes or updates or in the event of having a new team member on boarded· Evaluating and supporting the employee and hiring manager experience throughout the on-boarding process.· Working with management to identify potential problems, gather data, and analyze opportunities for process improvements· Supporting Data Integrity initiatives in all HR SystemsFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:· Have 2-3 years of experience in a corporate HR support or client services role with a thorough understanding of HR policies and onboarding process.· Have a Graduate Diploma or bachelors degree in Human Resources or Social sciences background· Be customer focused with the ability to provide remote HR support to Middle East countries via a Global HR Center· Have the ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high level of confidentiality· Demonstrate high proficiency in HR processes, policies and standard operating procedures· Be fluent in written and spoken English and have effective communication skillsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
