Job Description

Job PurposeEstablishes and maintains network performance by building net configurations and connections and troubleshooting network problems.Leadership

  • Supervises all Networks, sites, and grounds.
  • Management and maintenance of Internet-facing network devices.
  • Managing technical developments of operational importance and participating in developing or setting standards as directed.
Operational
  • Provide technical support to the company and assist in properly using computer networks.
  • Managing and maintaining the network, as well as network performance monitoring
  • Identifying, installing, and maintaining upgrades to the network.
  • Maximizes network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades, and collaborating with network architects on network optimization.
  • Monitoring network engineering performance and ensuring system availability and reliability.
  • Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS).
  • Performing network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations.
  • Identify and define system security requirements.
  • Performs other duties and takes responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience.Minimum Experience: 2-4 years Minimum Experience in Network support.
