OverviewAs a Network Analyst you will take responsibility for responding to network issues/outages and security threats on customer premises. You will work to ensure that the network is always in good shape and in good security levels.When issues occur, you will be the first-line support, backed up by second-line support provided by Network Support Engineers (on-call basis).Key Duties & Responsibilities1) First-line of contact for customer for all communication relating to Network Communications and Network Security issues2)Establish and maintain solid relations with Customer facilitating needed resources.3)Help train Customer on-the-job through knowledge transfer.4)Communicate proactively with other departments within the organization as well as with Customer.5)Handle support tickets effectively and promptly until resolution while keeping customers informed regularly.6)Work with Operations, Logistics, Quality Assurance, and Procurement Departments and external suppliers as necessary.7)Complete all assigned tasks and reports in a timely and efficient manner.8)Ensure personal development and certification target according to department needs and business growth.9)Normal Working Hours: 8:30 am 5:30 pm 5 days a week.10)Other duties as assigned by management.Qualifications & SkillsRequired:1) Bachelor s degree in a related field2)Cisco CCNP Certification or equivalent3)5 years of experience in the IT industry4)Strong technical knowledge in R&S and Network Security5)Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
