Job PurposeManage and monitor the development of all strategies, policies, procedures, plans, activities, programs and projects performed in relation to the Museum of the Incense Road; and represent the concept of the project to stakeholders, the media, and the public in an optimal manner.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesFunctional Responsibilities;Manage the development of effective and active systems for the development of the Museum, and its activation through programming, engagement, and capacity-building activities.Ensure that AlUla s community is experiencing efficient audience development and evaluation in related to the Museum of the Incense Road.Monitor the legal and formalization requirements of the museum, inclusive of relationship with Ministry of Culture and key stakeholders.Convey the museum mandate externally and internally, including its representation at a national and international level.Review, recommend and approve curatorial, interpretive, design and operational schemas for the Museum.Monitor the implementation and delivery of the Museum business and operational plans in order to achieve maturity.Perform any other job related duties required by the direct manager. Managerial ResponsibilitiesProvide input to the sector s strategy from the Departments or Sections perspective in line with RCU overall vision and mission. Develop the Departments or Sections objectives, KPIs, annual operational plans and ensure plan execution is meeting the targets. Contribute to the preparation of the Departments or Sections annual budget and monitor the financial performance of the Department or Section.Implement and execute the Departments or Sections policies and procedures. Oversee the overall performance of the section and ensure KPI s are well developed, cascaded, communicated and monitored.Ensure effective staffing, professional development and deployment of staff of the Department or Section in consultation with the Sector Executive or (Executive) Director.Desired Candidate ProfileEducation:Any Graduation()Gender:nmNationality:Any Nationality
