Job Description

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Monitor and Control Manager - PMO (EOI) to join our team. As the Monitor and Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing project monitoring and control activities within the Project Management Office (PMO) of JASARA PMC. You will work closely with project teams to establish and maintain effective project monitoring and control processes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse and complex projects and contribute to the success of JASARA PMC.Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project monitoring and control processes and procedures for the PMO
  • Establish project control frameworks, including cost control, schedule control, and change control
  • Monitor project performance against established baselines, identify variances, and provide recommendations for corrective actions
  • Coordinate with project teams to collect and analyze project data, including cost, schedule, resources, and risks
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and project stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with project management standards and methodologies
  • Collaborate with project teams to optimize project schedules and resource allocation
  • Identify and implement improvements in project monitoring and control processes
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 20 years of experience in project management, with a focus on project monitoring and control
  • Similar experience in project management and management Design, contract management, control, project control and management Hazards, health, safety, and environmental management
  • Has a record Seasoned in managing continuous improvement processes and supporting building Capabilities / Talent Development (preferably in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Saudi Arabia)
  • Outstanding skills in effective communication
  • Knowledge of how to form and manage work teams and resolve disputes.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English
