Mace is currently bidding for this programme which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.To support the mobilisation lead with the mobilisation, onboarding, local support and demobilisation of staff for the project teams working across a major giga-project within the Kingdom, as per the mobilisation processes, company standards, policies and procedures.They will also be required to develop and maintain relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure an effective interface and collaborative approach in coordinating successful and efficient onboarding and integration into the program teams.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting mobilisation lead with day to day activities. Being the initial point of contact for mobilisation issues raised by program teams.
  • Liaising with the program team leads to identify requirements and supervise delivery of staff mobilisation plans.
  • Supporting mobilisation lead during the new staff client approval process liaising with recruitment team, hiring managers and HR/Immigration team as required.
  • Providing general administrative support for client approval submissions, management reporting, etc.
  • Coordinating with the relevant business shared services at various stages throughout the mobilisation and onboarding process.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and peers.
  • Ensuring required documentation and access requests are obtained for staff arrival to enable access to required locations and systems.
  • Assisting with preparation of related sections of regular reports in timely support of mobilisation lead.
  • Deputising for mobilisation lead in his absence as authorised for mobilisation related issues.
  • Coordinating with the relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to Mace and client offboarding and demobilization plans and processes.
About youWith a relevant degree qualification in a human resource subject or discipline, chartered or pursuing a similar level of professional qualification will be viewed favourably. Proven experience working in a business support role.You are digitally savvy and having knowledge of Oracle would be beneficial. You can build lasting client relationships and provide support to dynamic, motivated teams. You have knowledge of Saudi Arabia labour laws. You will have relevant industry experience to be poised to expand your own horizons and be ready to thrive in an environment that encourages growth.English and Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.Apply now for a confidential discussion.#LI-Onsite
