About the Role:To ensure all merchandising functions, responsibilities, sampling and POSM activities are coordinated, properly recorded and reported within the region as well as to Head Office.Activates:Create, update and maintain weekly competitors promotion intelligence report (CPI) for bakery and dairy2. Create, update and maintain Almarai market implementation reports for bakery and dairy3. Update and maintain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports4. Monitor and update weekly attendance reports5. Monitor and update weekly market issue report from merchandising supervisors and lead merchandisers6. Monitor and update weekly promotion feedback reports7. Monitor and update equipment usage and dispatches8. Monitor and update POSM receipts, dispatches, implementation and inventory9. Coordinate regular sampling plan received from Trade Marketing on a weekly basis to ensure all needed items are available for each activity10. Coordinate promotion alerts received from Trade Marketing to ensure all stakeholders are notified for successful implementations on required time periods11. Coordinate with Key Accounts to ensure new products samples are available for listing12. Coordinate product sponsorship activities received from Public Relation and Trade Marketing13. Coordinate MIT activities as instructed and required by the Sales team14.
