Auto req ID: 286701BR As part of the sales team the primary role of this position is to maximize our on-shelf presence in all outlets served by the merchandiser. Additionally, when required the merchandiser will conduct in-store sampling sessions and in-store sampling and/or promotions. Planograms must be adhered to for both on and off shelf displays. Any non-compliance to the agreed arrangements must be reported to the pre-seller immediately. In addition to these duties the merchandiser is required to supply the pre-seller with the latest market information in order to take advantage of any selling opportunities. Accountabilities: ? Call on specific OT outlets as per daily journey plan provided by your supervisor. ? Merchandize SSFL products within your OT stores in the various access points, shelf, stand, floor display. ? Place POS material wherever applicable next to our SSFL displays. ? Ensure all access points are merchandized as per approved planograms. ? Rotate product using FIFO method, and remove sub-standard products. ? Maintain clean and fresh stock of SSF products on the shelf at all times. ? Monitor and report competitive activities. ? Report any deviations from agreed terms with your assigned OT customer / outlet. ? Report daily activities of the prior day to your supervisor. ? Participate in sampling / redemption campaigns when required. ? Maintain appropriate personal appearance, and professional behavior in line with Frito Lay code of conduct. Key Performance Measures: ? Execution Standard. ? LTA enforcement. ? Journey plan adherence. Qualifications/Requirements Valid driving license. ? Service-level oriented. ?
