The (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Construction Manager is responsible to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring that mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are installed and functioning efficiently within building projects. They are responsible for coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that systems are designed, installed, and commissioned according to project specifications, codes, and industry standards. Additionally, they oversee budgeting, scheduling, and procurement related to systems, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The Construction Manager also monitors quality control, safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the construction process.
