Job Description

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Medical Director for a Private Practice located in Riyadh. The Medical Director will be responsible for overseeing the medical staff and maintaining the highest standards of patient care. The Medical Director will also be responsible for establishing protocols, policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and safety at all times.Qualifications

  • Medical Degree and Board Certification in relevant specialty (Cardiology, Neurology, Oncology, etc.)
  • Experience in working with physicians and medical staff
  • Strong clinical skills with a deep understanding of medical protocols, guidelines, and best practices
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of delivering results
  • Experience in private practice is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required
