Mechanical TechnicianJob Location : Saudi ArabiaKey Responsibilities:•Perform disassembly, repair, reassembly, and installation of mechanical equipment (pumps, motors, fans, gearboxes, valves, hydraulic/pneumatic systems).•Execute planned maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) routines as scheduled.•Respond to emergency breakdowns, diagnose faults, and perform repairs to restore operations.•Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, dial indicators, calipers) for part inspection and fitting.•Perform basic machining (lathe, milling, drilling) and welding/fabrication as required.•Complete work orders in the CMMS, including time confirmation, parts used, and findings.•Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area (5S principles).•Follow all safety policies and procedures without exception.Qualifications & Experience:•Diploma or Vocational Trade Certificate in Mechanical Fitting, Millwright, or a related discipline.•Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in an industrial mechanical maintenance environment.•Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.•Solid understanding of mechanical principles (lubrication, tension, alignment, tolerances).
