Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation activities on site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety regulationsOversee daily site operations, including manpower, materials, and equipment managementMonitor progress of mechanical works, ensuring timely completion within budgetConduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to technical drawings and specificationsCoordinate with project managers, engineers, and other subcontractors to resolve technical issuesReport on site progress, issues, and safety incidents regularly to senior managementEnsure all activities are performed in accordance with Aramco standards and project safety protocolsReview and verify work procedures, technical documents, and work permitsRequirements: Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience working on Aramco projects, preferably with EPC contractorsStrong knowledge of mechanical installation processes, safety standards, and quality assuranceProven ability to supervise site activities and manage technical teamsExcellent communication and coordination skillsKnowledge of industry standards and safety regulations applicable to Aramco projectsAbility to work effectively in a high-pressure environment and coordinate multiple activities
