The Mechanical Structural Foreman supervises and coordinates the daily activities of mechanical and structural construction teams on site. This role ensures that all work is performed safely, on schedule, and according to project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and direct the work of mechanical and structural laborers and techniciansEnsure compliance with safety standards and site regulationsRead and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specificationsCoordinate with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to plan daily tasksMonitor work progress and report on site productivityInspect workmanship and materials to ensure quality standards are metManage and maintain tools, equipment, and materials on siteTrain and mentor junior staff and new workersAddress and resolve on-site issues or delays promptlyEnsure proper documentation of work activities and daily reportsQualifications:Relevant technical diploma or certification in Mechanical or Structural Engineering or related fieldProven experience as a foreman in mechanical/structural construction projectsStrong knowledge of mechanical and structural construction methods and materialsAbility to read and understand technical drawingsFamiliarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations
