Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage a team of mechanical workers on construction sitesCoordinate and schedule mechanical installations, repairs, and maintenance tasksEnsure all mechanical work adheres to safety regulations and quality standardsInterpret blueprints and project specifications to guide the teamPerform inspections and oversee the testing of mechanical systemsTroubleshoot mechanical issues and provide timely solutionsLiaise with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure project deadlines are metMonitor and maintain inventory of mechanical parts and toolsRequirements:Proven experience as a Mechanical Foreman (5+ years preferred)Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and construction processesAbility to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical manualsLeadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a teamExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesStrong communication and organizational skillsRelevant certifications or qualifications in mechanical engineering or related fieldsFamiliarity with safety protocols and construction site regulations
