We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in swimming pool operation and maintenance to supervise and lead a technical team. The engineer will focus on monitoring, planning, and ensuring smooth operation, while technicians perform the hands-on maintenance tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and guide a team of technicians handling daily maintenance activities.Monitor pumps, motors, filters, dosing units, and heating/cooling systems.Oversee water circulation, chemical dosing, and treatment operations.Ensure compliance with water quality standards (pH, chlorine, TDS, temperature).Review and approve maintenance schedules, checklists, and service reports.Identify technical issues, propose solutions, and ensure timely corrective actions.Report to management on system performance and maintenance outcomes.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.2–3 years of proven experience in swimming pool operation & maintenance.Strong knowledge of pumping, filtration, dosing, and heating/cooling systems.Supervisory/leadership skills with ability to manage technicians.Problem-solving, reporting, and compliance monitoring abilities.What We OfferProfessional facility management environment.Opportunity to lead and grow within technical operations.Competitive salary and benefits.
