We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical or Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in steel fabrication and erection to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will oversee fabrication and erection activities, ensuring project quality, safety, and timely delivery.Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Civil EngineeringMinimum of 1 year of experience in steel fabrication and erection worksAbility to interpret fabrication and structural drawings and supervise workshop/site teamsFamiliarity with industry standards and safety regulationsStrong communication and project coordination skillsExperience with structural steel projects is preferredKey Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate steel fabrication and erection activitiesLiaise effectively between the workshop, site teams, and clientsEnsure all work complies with quality and safety standardsReview and prepare technical drawings, reports, and documentationMonitor project timelines, material usage, and resource allocationSalary & Benefits: Salary: SAR 3,500 to SAR 4,000 (Basic) per monthHousing and Transportation (Car & Fuel) provided by the company
